Spent New Year's Eve and was impressed by the room's clean and cozy ambiance. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Serene location and very close to the main attractions in the city. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to the attractions.
Breakfast wasn't great, just a few items on the menu, and the coffee was harsh. the noise level from the elevator was bothersome.

We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel with our family. the hotel is situated in a great location close to restaurants, souvenir shops and tourist spots. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a bidet. the staff members were kind, helpful and welcoming. the hotel dining area was clean and cozy and the dinner was good. We also enjoyed the view of the river and the castle from our room.
The floor in our room was not cleaned properly and we found some dirt that wasn't swept away.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Lourdes. Best aspects were the perfect location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location was perfect for a Christmas holiday. It was situated close to the town's main street, where we could easily find restaurants, shops and souvenirs to bring back home. our room offered a beautiful view of the river and castle. The staff was also accommodating and kind.
Despite the hotel's favorable location and friendly staff, there were a few drawbacks. Our room, though comfortable, was outdated and poorly soundproofed.
